Boyne Mountain – 15th Annual Skitoberfest – October 5, 2024

Skitoberfest is BACK! This Oktoberfest-style party is a time to raise a stein to the season ahead. Head to the great Bier Hall, filled with craft brews, delicious eats, and a rockin’ tent with live music. Don’t miss our favorite fall activities – stein hoisting, keg throwing, spouse-carrying competitions, pond pedaling, and more!

No Skitoberfest is complete without our Pray for Snow Bonfire, summoning a winter filled with endless powder days, cozy après-ski gatherings, and the thrill of carving turns.

Boyne Mountain – Chairlift Rides & SkyBridge Michigan

When ski season’s in full swing, it’s easy to overlook the fact that the chairlift ride is half the fun. So each year, during the offseason, we keep our Hemlock lift running – providing stunning panoramic views of the valley. Whether you capture the lush green of spring or the brilliant foliage of fall, you’ll certainly appreciate the lift.

  • $15 per day for non-resort lodging guests
  • Tickets available at the Ticket Window
  • All rides (both complimentary and paid), must have a ticket

Your ticket includes all-day access to thrills and stunning views from the scenic two-person chairlift and SkyBridge Michigan. Panoramic Valley Views Year Round

Venture along the 1,200-foot-long, 118-foot-high pedestrian bridge between McLouth and Disciples Ridge peaks, overlooking the Boyne Valley. Take the paved loop to see the bridge from all angles. Every season is a guaranteed camera-pleaser.

Eat Your Heart Out

Eat and play to your tummy’s content at the Eagle’s Nest and SkyBridge Michigan Food Truck. Treat your taste buds to a Polish basket at the SkyBridge Food Truck, or stop by the Eagle’s Nest for a drink before your descent.

Boyne Mountain – Beach House Restaurant Beer Dinner – September 19, 2014

It’s a night of pairing your favorite things! Get a couple pairs of tickets for you and your favorite pair of friends because we are going to pair delicious fall foods from the Beach House Restaurant with all of your favorite fall brews from Short’s Brewing Company. A Short’s Beer Liberator will be on-site to guide you through the five-course dinner, explaining how each beer compliments the dish. Pair that with the ambiance of a beautiful restaurant that sits on the shores of Deer Lake, and it’s bound to be a fantastic evening!

Boyne Mountain – Mountain Mayhem Gravel Grinder – October 4, 2014

The Gravel Grinder will be a gravel road race like nothing you could have imagined.

This event will debut October 4, 2014 and will always be the first Saturday in October.

The race is limited to 2,000 riders.

There will be a 20-mile, a 45-mile, and a 60-mile race. The 20-mile race is very flat, but the 45- and 60-mile races will have long steep climbs, which will test your mental sanity.

Boyne Mountain – Zipline Adventure

A Zipline Adventure is an all-thrills, no-skills activity for adventure seekers of all ages. Let this high-speed Boyne Mountain experience take your breath away – and leave you eager for more.

Zipline Adventure Tour

Our 2.5-3 hour Zipline Adventure Tour features a series of 10 lines (9 in the winter) that travel up to 4300 feet. Feel what it’s like to fly at speeds of 20-25 mph on lines up to 50 feet in the air and 780 feet in length. The adventure begins at the top of the mountain, and routes you through trees and across the slopes of Boyne Mountain.

Reservations are required for the Zipline Adventure Tour. Walk-ins are welcome on a space available basis, but reservations are the only way to guarantee your space. A credit card is required to confirm booking. Call 231.549.7256.
