Keweenaw Peninsula Snowmobiling – Went up to Copper Harbor area the last weekend in Feb. You would not believe the snow. Unbelievable!!! The Keweenaw Peninsula is a great place. Lot of places to go and wonderful scenery. A lot of good restaurants as well The Library restaurant in Houghton (Mich Tec) had excellent food. Stayed at Centennial Cottages in Calumet.

Cadillac Area Snowmobiling — 4 of us rode this past Friday & Saturday in your (Cadillac) area. Best and most scenic trails all over up there! Irons was toast, but all the rest were in excellent shape! We met groomers day and night. We had been to the UP, then Indian River before we took our last snowmobile trip to your area last weekend. We will be making your area our home base for snowmobiling in the future. We put on 203 miles by trail Sat. & Sat. night! NO complaints from any of us, and we will be with a larger group from now on. We found several places with good food and atmosphere up there, too! We buy a lot of gas and eat a lot of food! 🙂

I still love the Benzie area to snowmobile. They did a great job with the trails this year. Riding to Money (Plat River Inn) in Honor is also great for Breakfast or Lunch. Ride in and warm up at the fire place. The Money brothers always make you feel at home. Riding in the Benzie area is great because the trails are not so crowded. — Linda
